Can you give us some details on what you are referencing for the costing aspects?

When I am talking about costing , I am more inclined towards Planned,Actual and Earned Value.
The measures and metrics of them.
How to derive metrics from them?
How does it help in Forecasting?
What does Cosat progress metrics consists of?
Finally where does each part stand in Forecasting.

Thanks.
